Creative Taiwan – Best Idea For You

Being one of the biggest events of it’s kind, the New York Licensing International Expo serves as the world’s grand licensing marketplace. With the theme of ”Creative Taiwan – Best Idea For You”, Taiwan Pavilion, held by Taiwan e-Learning & Digital Archives Program and executed by artkey Art Licensing Center, will be presented from 10th to 12th of June at the Jacob Javits Convention Center, New York City. A variety of cultural traditions, such as “Dadala” (traditional canoes by the Tao people), “Tayal red” and “Hakka fabric”, will be featured to represent the beauty of Taiwan, creating a powerful and eye-catching design and symbolizing the continuous vitality and perennial innovation of Taiwan.

Covering art and cultural creation as well as animation and comics, the exhibition will be categorized into “Licensing Brands” and “Innovative Brands”. In the former category, exhibitors like Bright Ideas Design, Cathay Creative, Fu Jen Catholic University, National Palace Museum and 101Gallery can be found. Ata East Taiwan Kata Culture, Coolframes Digiworks, Imagery Digital Graphics, Photoez Digital, Tomorrow Studio, Unico’s Circle, Tseng Chun-Hao Glass Studio and Wordpedia come under the latter. Taiwan Pavilion will show you the fruitful results of the value-added digital contents and the beauty of Taiwan’s cultural creation.
